As part of her career, the economics graduate specialised in tourism marketing, in particular destination management. In addition to leading positions in hotel and yield marketing, she was responsible for the management of international markets at SalzburgerLand Tourismus GmbH. As part of these activities, she also repeatedly focussed on green tourism, sustainable travel and the sustainability of destinations. There is a close family connection to the Bioartcampus Seeham and also to the "Best Organic City of Europe".

Since 2024, Yvonne Rosenstatter has been responsible for marketing and communication for the Salzburg Transport Association and has been involved in a number of sustainable public transport projects, including the SalzburgerLand Guest Mobility Ticket.
