Paul Kolarik is an entrepreneur who combines tradition and innovation and sets new standards for sustainable catering with his commitment. Even as a child, he showed enthusiasm for the family business. After completing his training at the catering college on Judenplatz, he completed the "Gastronomy and Culinary Management" course at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, followed by an MBA in General Management at the Joseph Schumpeter Institute in Wels.

In 2020, Kolarik and his wife took over the management of Kolarik im Prater GmbH. Together, they are leading the business into the future with a clear vision and focus on sustainability and organic quality.
