Promoting sustainability within a company often means navigating between high expectations, resistance and limited resources. Sooner or later, those driving change in particular find themselves asking: why go to all this trouble?

In this workshop, we explore the role of purpose and intrinsic motivation in sustainability work. We examine what successful change processes have in common, why motivation cannot simply be ‘trained’, and how personal and organisational ‘WHY’ can create direction, energy and long-term effectiveness.

The focus is on how sustainability can be embedded not merely as an additional task, but as a meaningful and sustainable part of corporate culture – with greater clarity, effectiveness and a sense of joy in collaboration.

This workshop is offered in both sessions. Maximum number of participants per session: 40 people. First come, first served.

The workshop will be led by Kerstin Dohnal and Julia Balatka.
