Katrin Erben

Katrin Erben began her career at Austria Tourism in 2016 and was responsible for marketing and PR in the Belgian market for six years. In May 2022, she switched to being a sustainability expert in the Digitalization, Innovation and Strategy Department in Vienna. Since then, she has been the main contact person both within the ÖW and for the Austrian tourism industry on questions related to sustainability, ESG, and corporate social responsibility. Since 2023, she has also been the elected chairwoman of 'Chapter Earth' of the European Travel Commission.
