Expert on Sustainability, Austria TourismKatrin Erben began her career at Austria Tourism in 2016 and was responsible for marketing and PR in the Belgian market for six years. In May 2022, she moved to Vienna as a sustainability expert in the Innovation department. Since then, she has been the main point of contact both within Austria Tourism and for the Austrian tourism industry for issues relating to sustainability, ESG and corporate social responsibility. Since 2023, she has also been the elected Chairwoman of Chapter Earth of the European Travel Commission.
