Innovation & Community Manager, Austria TourismWith more than 16 years of practical experience at home and abroad, Barbara Prodinger specialised in innovation and management in tourism during her studies. With her start-up and subsequent teaching activities, she explored ways to bring the tourism experience into guests' living rooms using new technologies. As Innovation and Community Manager at Austria Tourism, Barbara continues to focus on future trends and solutions for the tourism industry. In order to remain competitive and fit for the future, pilot projects are implemented with partners and findings are shared. This mission led to "Change Tourism Austria", Austria Tourism's innovation community launched in 2023.
